Common questions
Manage or restore a subscription
Manage or cancel Cuboo Pro in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Changed devices or reinstalled? Open cuboo, go to the paywall, and tap Restore to bring back your purchase.
App blocking isn’t working
cuboo blocks apps using Screen Time. Make sure you allowed Screen Time access when prompted — you can re-enable it in iOS Settings → Screen Time. App blocking requires iOS 18 or later on a real device.
Account & your data
cuboo works without an account, and your journeys are stored on your device. To delete your account and any synced data, email us and we’ll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy.
Report a bug or request a feature
Tell us what happened (and your iPhone model + iOS version if it’s a bug). Ideas for new capitals, scenery, or sounds are always welcome.
